Purchaser Rules
Purchaser must fill in all "Purchaser's Information" requested in the certificate. Purchasing price should be the exact dealer price charged, stated per piece, not pairs. For example, if the dealer's price charged to you for a pair of 107di's is $400 the stated price to fill in is $200 each, and "Quantity" stated would be "2". No taxes or any surcharges should be included in the price, only the dealer's product price charged to you before your 10% discount.
Exception
The 10% discount applies to all current models in the Clements
"di" line, including current model floor demo units that might be on sale. It does not include discontinued product models, trade-in's, damaged products, or others that are on sale, or would normally be sold at a significant discount savings for any other circumstantial reasons.
